1. Services Offered
Aqualus, herein referred to as "the Company," provides interior design services as per the client's requirements. Services may include consultations, design proposals, material sourcing, project management, and execution.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, access to the premises, necessary permissions, and timely approvals for the successful execution of the project. Delays caused by insufficient information or approvals may affect project timelines.

3. Design Process
The Company will present design proposals, including sketches, mood boards, and detailed plans, for client review and approval. Revisions are allowed within reason, and additional charges may apply for substantial alterations.

4. Payments
Payment terms, including rates, deposits, and milestones, will be outlined in the project contract. The Company reserves the right to halt work if payments are not made as agreed upon.

5. Change Orders
Any modifications to the original project scope must be documented in writing and may result in adjustments to project timelines and costs. The Company will provide revised estimates for client approval before implementing changes.

6. Project Timeline
The Company will provide an estimated project timeline, subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, client-requested alterations, or external factors beyond the Company's control.

7. Ownership and Rights
The Company retains ownership of all design concepts, drawings, and intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. Usage rights for designs will be granted upon full payment by the client.

8. Warranty and Liability
The Company strives to deliver high-quality workmanship and materials. However, it is not liable for damages, delays, or issues caused by third-party vendors, natural disasters, or client negligence.

9. Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the contract in writing if the other party breaches its obligations. Termination terms, including potential fees or reimbursements, will be outlined in the agreement.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
